Thoreau had it right.  Our spiritual life is not just left to prayer, devotion and an inward journey.  It is under our feet and to be experienced.  The programs, events and classes at The Resonance School are dedicated to bring Individuals, Leaders and Groups back into cadence with Nature.  I meld my understanding of the natural world, science, unique modalities and 28 plus years as an independent business consultant to assist others to exercise their own internal navigation.  Subtle sensing that at times gets lost in the rush of living life.  I have developed a course study;  Finding Equilibrium to develop this individual navigation system.  Many have experienced quantum change at home, work and relationships.

The Essence of Summer

For me it is all the delicious eye opening scents and in honor of the longest lighted day of the year I am back in my apothecary creating summer inspired plant based remedies, balms, cremes, illuminizers and essential oil perfumes.

The balanced day of light on June 21st and The Essence of Summer.

I am back in my apothecary brewing up new formulas for the summer months.  All in tune with the principles of Ayurveda and the intelligence of plants and minerals.  Many of the recipes inspired by my trip to San Sepulchre and very lusted after experience at this 17th century apothecary started by Franciscan Monks.  Now lovingly ethically cultivated by Aboca Farms.  Dreaming one day to have a modern 17th century apothecary.

Summer Solstice Pop-Up

I have had a fortuitous collaboration with two dynamic & uber creative women; Wai Mo & Simona Martin.  Their company Martin+Mo creates luxury artisanal table objects to grace your home.  They have invited me to participate in their Summer Solstice Event in Palo Alto.  Their mission is to raise awareness of and funds for Village Enterprise.
