The Importance of Making Mistakes
I’ve been thinking lately, how making a mistake used to throw me into an emotional tailspin.
As I experienced making more mistakes; super sized and small, I trained and found, my brain, emotions and body abilities to bounce up and over, rarely placing me in those scary dark corners.
It was the experience of “mistaking” that enriched my cognition, harness my sensitivity and the ability to walk through life’s challenges.
A sensorial teaching that wired my brain to function as our creatures; domestic and wild, do so freely.
More than ever, our mandate to fully live now, is to be engaged in all our cognition, senses and abilities lest our human~ness atrophies.
Pandora’s box of making life perfect is open with Ai.
Humans have handed over the vitality of making mistakes to a machine.
A perfect ending does not stay perfect for very long.
The fall of the Roman Empire, the French Revolution, the Han Dynasty, Mayan civilization and the world’s current intentions as examples of historical fails.
The antidote?
Courage;
to be imperfect.
To get into the well; the muck; the shit,
and power up and out,
to know that our Human~ness
is infinitely
more satisfying
sustainable
and life affirming
than a Claude, Chatgpt or Grok.
All in for mistaking.
OM wards!
